Official Contest Rules
1. Sponsor
This giveaway is sponsored by The Swing Bays Wake Forest, located at 3615 Rogers Branch Rd, Wake Forest, NC 27587.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible to enter this giveaway, participants must:
a. Be a resident of North Carolina.
b. Be at least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
c. Permanently reside within 15 miles of The Swing Bays Wake Forest.
d. No purchase necessary to enter or win.
e. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
Employees and contractors of Swing Bays Wake Forest and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
3. Entry Period
The entry period for this giveaway begins on August 1, 2026, at 12:00 AM ET and ends on October 15, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET.
4. How to Enter
To enter the giveaway, participants must:
a. Visit our website at www.theswingbays/
b. Fill out the entry form with the following information: name, email address, physical address, and phone number.
c. Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries from the same individual may result in disqualification.
5. Prize Description and Approximate Retail Value
One (1) winner will receive a prize of a one-year free membership to Swing Bays Wake Forest. The approximate retail value of the prize is $1,200.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the entry period. The drawing will take place on October 15, 2026. Date subject to change. The winner will be notified via email within 48 hours of the drawing.
To claim the prize, the winner must collect it in person at Swing Bays Wake Forest and agree to have their photo taken for promotional purposes, which may be used, along with their name, on the Swing Bays website, social media, or other marketing. Such use will be without compensation of any manner to the winner.
The prize of a one-year free membership cannot be assigned or transferred at any time, and such one-year free membership shall be subject to all of the terms and conditions of the analogous tier of Swing Bays’ membership, which terms and conditions may be amended or revised per the membership rules and regulations. The winner may be required to sign a 1099 tax form.
7. General Conditions
By participating in this giveaway, entrants agree to abide by these official rules and the decisions of the sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the giveaway. The sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the giveaway if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the giveaway.

By participating in this giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless The Swing Bays Wake Forest, The Swing Bays Franchise LLC, Smitten Labs, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the giveaway or the acceptance or use of the prize or the use of their name and photo.
