Terms and Conditions
Eligibility: Offer is available only to new Swing Bays customers who are 18 years of age or older. Limit one Test Drive per person and per household. Current members, former members, previous trial participants, employees, and their immediate family members are not eligible.
Registration: Advance registration is required. Participants must provide accurate contact information and may be required to present a valid photo ID when activating the Test Drive. Duplicate, incomplete, fraudulent, or automated registrations may be rejected.
Activation: The Test Drive must be activated in person at Swing Bays Calera. The 14-day period begins on the date of activation and runs for 14 consecutive calendar days. The trial cannot be paused, extended, restarted, or transferred.
Included Bay Time: Each participant receives a maximum of six complimentary hours of Trackman simulator bay time during the trial. Unused hours expire at the end of the 14-day period and have no cash value. The registered participant must be present for every reservation.
Reservations: Bay time must be reserved in advance and is subject to availability, operating hours, location policies, and equipment availability. Standard cancellation and no-show policies apply. Swing Bays may deduct reserved time for late cancellations or missed appointments.
Lessons and Club Fittings: Participants receive 20% off eligible golf lessons and club-fitting services completed during the active trial period. The discount does not apply to golf clubs, merchandise, repairs, food, beverages, taxes, gratuities, or previously purchased services unless expressly stated otherwise.
Additional Charges: The trial covers only the benefits specifically listed above. Participants are responsible for additional bay time, services, merchandise, food, beverages, equipment damage, and other purchases.
No Automatic Enrollment: The Test Drive does not automatically convert into a paid membership. No membership purchase is required, and participants will not be charged a membership fee when the trial ends.
Restrictions: The offer is nontransferable, has no cash value, cannot be sold or exchanged, and cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, trial offers, or membership benefits.
Facility Policies: Participants and their guests must follow all Swing Bays rules, safety instructions, reservation policies, and staff directions. Participants are responsible for their conduct and the conduct of their guests. Swing Bays may end a participant’s trial for unsafe, disruptive, abusive, fraudulent, or unauthorized activity.
Assumption of Risk: Participation in golf and related activities involves inherent risks. Participants may be required to sign Swing Bays’ standard waiver and release before using the facility. This provision does not waive any rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be waived.
Changes or Cancellation: Swing Bays may modify, suspend, or end the promotion when reasonably necessary because of fraud, abuse, technical problems, safety concerns, events outside its control, or legal requirements. Changes will not affect benefits already properly activated unless necessary for safety or legal compliance.
Communications and Privacy: By registering, participants agree to receive communications related to activation, reservations, and administration of the Test Drive. Marketing communications will be handled according to applicable law and Swing Bays’ privacy policy. Participants may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time.
