Easily reserve one of our state-of-the-art TrackMan swing bays online, so you can play iconic courses or hit the driving range indoors with your family and friends.

There aren’t many rules to follow — we want to make The Swing Bays fun, accessible and open. Below we have a couple of policies to remember.

3. Track Your Progress

After you download the app for iOS or for Android, create an account, and then log in during your session, you can collect all of the data from all of your sessions. The app makes it easy to track and analyze your golf improvement metrics — wherever you are.

Reservation Tips

To get started visit our bookings page, select which service applies to you, member or non-member. It’s easiest if you select Any Available Staff Member to see open times for every bay at once. Then, select the open date and time that works best for you. You can reserve a bay up to seven days in advance.

Non-members are required to enter a credit card. Members swipe their membership card at arrival. Members should use the same cell phone number associated with their account to simplify the management of reservations.

Reservations

Individuals can reserve a bay seven days in advance for themselves and up to three other friends or family members. Only one, one-hour reservation can be made each day.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your reservation to check in.

If you require special accommodations, such as reserving multiple bays or booking longer durations for an event or party, please contact us at getbetter@theswingbays.com instead of using the online tool.

Cancellations & No-Show Policy

We kindly ask that you cancel or make changes to your reservation at least 24 hours in advance. When you give us 24 hours’ notice, there is no charge.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled time, or no-shows, will incur a $30 same-day cancellation fee. This fee will be charged to the card on file.

Last-minute cancellations often leave an open bay that another member or guest would have loved to use. Our goal is not to penalize anyone, but to help ensure fair access and availability for the entire Swing Bays community.
