Official Contest Rules
1. Sponsor
This giveaway is sponsored by Swing Bays Rowland Heights, located at 17851 Colima Road, Unit #B, City of Industry, CA 91748.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible to enter this giveaway, participants must:
– Be a resident of California.
– Be at least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
– Permanently reside within 25 miles of Swing Bays Rowland Heights.
– No purchase necessary to enter or win.
– A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
Employees and contractors of Swing Bays Rowland Heights and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
3. Entry Period
The entry period for this giveaway begins on April 9, 2026, at 12:00 AM PST and ends on June 30, 2026, at 11:59 PM PST.
4. How to Enter
To enter the giveaway, participants must:
– Visit our website at https://theswingbays.com/win-rowland-heights/
– Fill out the entry form with the following information: name, email address, physical address, and phone number.
– Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries from the same individual may result in disqualification.
5. Prize Description and Approximate Retail Value
One (1) winner will receive a prize of a one-year free membership to Swing Bays Rowland Heights. The approximate retail value of the prize is $2,000.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the entry period. The drawing will take place on July 1, 2026. Date subject to change. The winner will be notified via email within 48 hours of the drawing.
To claim the prize, the winner must collect it in person at Swing Bays Rowland Heights and agree to have their photo taken for promotional purposes, which will be used, along with their name, on the Swing Bays website, social media, or other marketing. Such use will be without compensation of any manner to the winner.
The prize of a one-year free membership cannot be assigned or transferred at any time, and such one-year free membership shall be subject to all of the terms and conditions of the analogous tier of Swing Bays’ membership, which terms and conditions may be amended or revised per the membership rules and regulations.Th winner may be required to sign a 1099 tax form.

By participating in this giveaway, entrants agree to abide by these official rules and the decisions of the sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the giveaway.
The sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the giveaway if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the giveaway.
